When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP “yes” or “no” for you and your party by September 15th, 2025. Submit RSVP here.
Is there a hotel block reserved?
We do not have a dedicated hotel block reserved, however, we do recommend a few hotels within 60 miles of our venue on the Location + Travel page.
How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
We recommend driving yourself to the venue, since there are no Ubers or Lyfts in Franklinton. It is about a 1-hour drive through scenic backcountry roads from Hammond and Mandeville to Franklinton. The venue offers a large, free parking lot to guests. For our out-of-town guests, if you have questions about travel please contact us at brandonandmeganswedding@gmail.com.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors under a completely covered pavilion and the reception will be held indoors. As the reception hall is immediately connected to the outdoor pavilion, A/C and restrooms will be available at all times to guests. In the event of rain, the ceremony and reception will continue as planned.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail attire:
We would love to see our friends and family get fancy with us! Please wear what makes you look and feel your best and that you’ll be comfortable dancing all night long in. Floor-length evening dresses and elegant cocktail dresses for the ladies and suits or button-up shirts and dress pants for the men.
For the ladies:
Heels are welcome as the venue has concrete floors both inside and outside.
As a courtesy, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white or cream colors.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones or additional guests. We kindly ask that you RSVP with only those listed on your invitation and in the RSVP portal.
Do you have a registry?
While we are not registered for traditional gifts, we would be delighted to receive donations to our honeymoon fund. We are blessed to have everything we need in our home, and would greatly appreciate your contribution to this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We ask that you plan to arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes early before the ceremony start-time to park and find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm CT and late arrivals will be ushered to an available seat.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, the Willows is handicap accessible. There is reserved handicap parking with a paved walkway to the entrance for wheelchairs or motorized scooters. The venue is ground-level and there are no stairs or ramps inside or outside the building.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
To ensure all our family and friends can enjoy themselves without worry, known allergens will be listed on all catered items. If you have any specific dietary concerns, please reach out to us at brandonandmeganswedding@gmail.com.
Will there be a cash bar or open bar?
We are happy to offer an open bar with local beer and wine for our family and friends to celebrate with us! The bar will close 45 minutes before the end of the reception.
